About Deeksha Agrawal

After pursuing my master's degree from Sauder School of Business, the University of British Columbia, I became a full-time consultant. I found my creative outlet in the past by serving as Co-Vice President of events, Head of Creative Design and Secretary at a few student societies, and also building toys for sick kids. For my bachelor's degree, I graduated from the prestigious University of Warwick, where I had the opportunity to work for leading organizations like Barclays and Prudential as an intern. In both organizations, I worked as a critical member of the HR team involved in projects like creating a high-performing culture and continuous listening. My academic and industry exposure has helped me realise my keen inclination towards roles in Management Consulting and Marketing. I am a solution-oriented professional seeking an opportunity to add value to an organization through my creative and divergent skill set. I also believe in continuous learning, which has led me to pursue a 2-week Spanish speaking course in Don Quijote, Barcelona. I also completed an intensive Digital Marketing course from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management - Bengaluru (IIM-B). Lastly, I believe in giving back to society and investing my time in teaching children with special needs. I am also deeply involved with Ruhi Institute where we undertake various service projects for the betterment of the community.
