Deeksha is a statistics graduate having over 13 years of experience in e-Commerce, Retail, Retail Banking, and Financial Services primarily using data science, big data, machine learning, statistical modeling, A/B testing, customer science and data analytics.She is very passionate and self-motivated about Big Data Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning, AI and about how data and technology are continuously improving the user experience, and how they shop and purchase online /offline & omnichannel.At present, Deeksha is building and leading the Data team of Pi Securities (a retail trading platform, a financial services 50+ years old company) including Data Engineering, Business Intelligence (BI), Data Analytics, Data Science, and Machine Learning Engineering being responsible for all the data initiatives in an Agile Product development set-up.
