I graduated from Delhi University with a Bachelor of Commerce Hons in April 2023, and I have a certification in Foundations of Digital Marketing and E-commerce from Coursera. My role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT professionals for diverse positions and projects, using multiple channels and platforms, such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. I have developed my skills in human resources, talent management, and digital marketing, through my academic and professional experiences. I have successfully placed candidates for roles such as software developers, data analysts, and project managers, and received positive feedback from clients and candidates alike. I am passionate about learning new skills and technologies, and I am always looking for opportunities to improve and grow.
