I am the Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer at SOULSARA, a pioneering SaaS HealthTech platform transforming mental wellness in workplaces. I craft futuristic, science-backed solutions that integrate mindfulness, NLP, binaural therapy, and behavioral science—empowering organizations to build cultures where individuals can thrive, not just survive. With over a decade of operational excellence as a former Indian Air Force Pilot, I bring mission-critical thinking, strategic clarity, and calm-under-pressure leadership to my work. From flying complex sorties and executing casualty evacuations, to facilitating transformation in boardrooms and classrooms, my journey has always been about helping people rise above challenges—both external and internal. I’m honored to be empaneled as an Expert Facilitator under the Government of India’s Mission KarmYogi, a national capacity-building initiative aimed at transforming public service delivery. My leadership facilitation experience spans corporate, defense, and government ecosystems, having worked with institutions such as Aditya Birla, IIT, Indian Army, Hero, TVS, Indian Air Force, Anand Group, and public sector educators across the country. As part of these efforts, I deliver high-impact facilitation programs on resilience, stress management, and high-performance leadership to senior corporate and Govt officials. I hold certifications in Yoga Psychology, NLP, Mindfulness, and Chakra Healing, combining ancient wisdom with contemporary neuroscience to design transformational learning journeys. My unique intersection of defense, wellness, and leadership strategy has been recognized through prestigious honors like the DG Commendation Card and the Inspirational Women of India Award. At my core, I am a wellness advocate and resilience strategist—committed to igniting confidence in women, empowering war widows and students, and creating psychologically safe workplaces. Whether I’m delivering keynotes, mentoring leaders, or scaling SOULSARA’s reach, I remain focused on building a world where mental well-being is not a luxury—but a leadership priority.
