About Deekshith Teegala

• As a Talent Acquisition Specialist I source and screen high-quality candidates for IT positions in Canada. • I Harnessed a range of platforms (Monster Job Diva and LinkedIn) and tools to efficiently source the candidates. • I use innovative and outside the box methods such as Boolean search web portals and referrals to find and attract potential talent for banking financial and government clients. • Additionally I leveraged Microsoft applications such as Teams Excel and Outlook to streamline my workflow and enhance collaboration with team members. Teams facilitated seamless interaction and communication while Outlook proved invaluable for sending emails. Excel played a pivotal role in maintaining structured records of roles data and candidate information. • The comprehensive approach I used not only enriched my candidate sourcing capabilities but also contributed to a more cohesive and efficient recruitment process. • My goal is to deliver a quick and efficient service to both candidates and clients while aligning with the company's philosophy and values.
