Receiving invoices from suppliers and handing over to respective departments for validation and claim preparation. • Validate payment proposal • Follow up on unpaid balances • Prepare, review and approve journal entries for intercompany transactions. • Prepare and post manual entries at month end. • Checking claim form, Invoice and supporting documents.(Quotation, Purchase order, Mail confirmation) • Comparing invoice details with agreement details / PO details.(invoice amount and bank details, tenure, payment details and signatures on contracts) • Transferring funds to vendor Accounts through wire or issuing cheques. • Sending transfer confirmation to vendors. • Respond to vendor inquiries, reconcile vendor accounts, solve problems and maintain good internal and external relationships. • Ensure all invoices are posted in correct GL Code, Cost Center with appropriate text in the Oracle CRM. • Booking prepaid expenses and Amortization every month. • Taking accruals from department heads to know the monthly expenses. • Providing VAT related information to the VAT department on a monthly basis. • Asset booking and running depreciation monthly basis.
