With over a decade of sales and negotiation experience, I have had the opportunity to work with diverse individuals and teams within both the education and publishing industries in South Africa. As such, I have developed key competencies in problem solving, business development, strategic planning, training and innovation in the workplace. I believe in delivering exceptional customer service whilst being self-motivated and sales-savvy and assisting in the implementation of new ideas for optimal business growth. Integrity, discipline and hard work are important to me. I am a strategic thinker and multi-tasker, and my hard work has been rewarded over the years. I have successfully maintained a customer retention rate above the company average, and have been instrumental in developing and managing customised solutions within the publishing sphere over the years. I enjoy working within an environment of passionate, like-minded people where continuous learning, creativity and the adoption of new technologies is both encouraged and nurtured.
