Quality Engineer with Master's in Engineering/Industrial Management and Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering. I have over 4+ years of engineering experience in various quality roles, such as Supplier Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Quality Supervisor, in the automotive industry. Currently work as a Supplier Quality Engineer at Blue Bird Corporation, where I collaborate with the global supply chain team to ensure the quality and compliance of the materials and components used for the bus manufacturing. I conduct audits, inspections, and tests, and provide feedback and recommendations to the suppliers and the internal stakeholders. I also partner with the engineering and production teams to implement process improvement initiatives and resolve any quality issues or defects. I am motivated by the challenge of improving the quality and efficiency of the engineering processes and products, and by the opportunity to contribute to the success and growth of the company.
