Senior Technical Product Manager (SAFe 5 Agilist and Certified Scrum Master) with demonstrated history of leading multinational teams in IT projects/products specifically on Plant Design and Application Lifecycle Management enterprise software product management space. Manage the complete product lifecycle including Development ( config, component creation, code development, testing, integration) as well as Operations (maintenance, user support, upgrade and security). Enable everyday business continuity in the OTR and ITO space with a focus on quality and on-time delivery, at the same time drive product adoption and growth - fostering innovation, improving business productivity, driving simplification and managing cost. Currently wearing the hats of Sr. TPM for DPD SPARTEC ( Cats & Specs and EEP+ modularization in the Aveva platform) as well as Sr. TPM for CLM-Power ( a product suite based on IBM Rational ELM), which are two vastly different domains but are managed using the shared best practices of Lean, Agile, SAFe and above all - customer focus. Currently leading 3 different product teams while closely collaborating with Business functional teams, other product teams, RTEs, IT Operations, Database management, Cyber Security, Infrastructure, external vendors, sourcing, finance etc. Worked for and supported multiple GE businesses - Steam Power, Gas Power - BOP, HRSG and Aero, Renewables Hydro and Oil & Gas. Awarded in GE for Delivery with Focus and Act with Humility, appreciated by colleagues, managers and customers alike for a collaborative and system-oriented approach to accomplish goals. Lean enthusiast with a growth mindset, constantly looking for opportunities for improvement and 'spreading the wings' outside comfort zones. Have been members of emerging tech guilds and played active role in the Gas Power Asia Lean core team focused on cultivating Lean mindset and adoption across the organization. All that, with unyielding integrity and continuous pursuit of safety, security, compliance and diversity. Have cross-functional experience of 21+ years across industries in the digital and physical world, with business acumen and deep domain knowledge in Engineering. Prior to the current role, have led different Teams in execution of multinational projects in Process improvements, IT Application management and new implementations, on top of a strong foundation in the fields of Equipment Manufacturing, Piping Engineering and Plant Design in the early career after graduating in Mechanical Engineering.
