Project RAMS lead with a rich experience of the development and implementation of Reliability and Safety related aspects for the WAG-12 E-Locomotive project. Well versed with the architecture and design principles of various train systems. Collaborative skills with various internal and external stakeholders during the project development phase for RAMS deployment. Key areas of work include: Aptitude with CENELEC, IEC and MIL standards related to RAMS such as EN50126, EN50128, EN50129, IEC62380, IEC60300, IEC60605, IEC61078, IEC61709, IEC61508, MIL HDBK 217, NPRD. Carrying out safety related studies: Hazard Analysis, SIL Allocation, Event Tree Analysis (ETA), Fault Tree Analysis, FMECA etc. Safety related documentation such as Safety Management Plan, Hazard Log, Safety Related Items List (SRIL), Product Safety Report etc. Carrying out reliability related studies such as Reliability Allocation, Reliability Prediction, Reliability Block Diagrams (RBD), Reliability Centered Maintenance etc. Reliability related documentation such as RAM Assurance Plan, Reliability Related Items List (RRIL), Product Reliability Report etc. Defining Validation Test Specification for demonstration of Safety and Reliability performances at system and subsystem level. FRACAS and Reliability growth by Field Failure analysis. Definition, management and follow-up process of RAMS and Engineering requirements along the project life cycle using DOORS tool. Design Review process along the project life cycle for specification phase up to the start of commercial service. Maintenance task optimization and prioritization based on Reliability and Safety studies.
