About Deep Chand

With 6+ years of experience across analytics, project management, and business growth roles, I’ve been fortunate to work on diverse challenges — from driving operational excellence in the Founder’s Office at Heph to supporting sustainable development initiatives at the Quality Council of India (QCI). My journey has taken me through different sectors — insurance, fintech, sustainability, and equity trading — but the common thread has always been solving problems with data, structure, and a growth mindset. I enjoy building processes that make teams more efficient and decisions more insightful. At Heph, I currently focus on scaling new initiatives, building systems for smoother execution, and uncovering growth opportunities. Before this, I contributed to partnerships and business development at InsuranceDekho and spent two years working on government-led programs at QCI, where I gained a strong foundation in stakeholder management and impact-driven execution. Outside of work, I actively trade and study the stock market — a habit that keeps me analytical, patient, and disciplined. I believe in continuous learning, collaboration, and doing work that adds real value. Always open to connecting with people who share similar interests in data, operations, and problem-solving.
