Summary of Responsibilities • Plan, implement and manage the business process review for the Customer Services SBA; • Indentify, plan, implement and manage business process projects within Customer Services SBA; • Conduct due diligence on customer services business processes by monitoring and reviewing business process and ensuring compliance to required standards in all the three departments in Customer Services SBA; • Conduct investigations into compliance breaches and make recommendations for the implementation of corrective actions; • Review and provide quality assurance checks on all Customer Services documentation and contracts; • Initiate and coordinate debt management small claims tribunal processes and ensure collection of outstanding revenue from customers; • Provide assurance to the Customer Services Management team on effective financial management strategies; • Assist the management of the Customer Services SBA in the achievement of its Key Performance Indicators; • Carry out any other duties assigned by General Manager Customer Services. • Carry out data integrity and reconciliation analysis for Customer Services SBA; • Monitor and report on operational and capital budget for Customer Services SBA; • Assist the Management of the Customer Services SBA in the achievement of its Key Performance Indicators outlined in the Balanced Scorecard; • Assist with the preparation of Revenue and Sales forecast budget for FEA; • Carry out any other duties assigned by the Customer Services Assurance Coordinator.
