I am a Human Resource Advisor, my role includes leading the HR Business Unit in recruitment, managing HRIS and LMS systems, and implementing tactics to retain and engage employees. I am committed to pursuing my CPHR designation and have completed a certification in Human Resources. I work to create a positive and fair work environment by building interpersonal relationships with employees. I strive to ensure that the best talent is hired and that employees are motivated and productive. I provide advice to employees on policies and procedures to ensure that they are well-informed. I also manage company benefits administration and RSP program, and have contributed to the development of HR policies in alignment with local regulations and the company's vision.
