About Deep Jajmann

An experienced education professional with over 30 years of experience, I have contributed to various organisations across the country demonstrating continued success with students, parents and young adults in various academic and non-academic engagements. In particular, I have helped students improve their academic performance by focusing on the development of customised learning models which optimise the cognitive abilities of individual learners. My wide-ranging counselling experience encompasses a range of issues including anxiety, depression and relationship issues. However my core competence lies with career counselling for the students.Considering my long career spanning various organisations across the country, I have the valuable experience of interacting with people from diverse socio-economic and cultural backgrounds. This experience places me in a unique position to better understand and appreciate multiple and often differing perspectives. I am trained in Motivational Interviewing and Partners For Change Outcome Management System (POCOMS) by the West Texas A&M University, Canyon, Texas. I am also a consulting counsellor with the National Law University, Delhi and work with students to help them transition smoothly from the environment at a school to life at a university. Previously, I worked on a KGYB Bihar government project and contributed in the development of a new academic curriculum focusing on the "Power of Resilience". I am a consulting counsellor at various corporates and educational organisations, including National Law University, Delhi. I have organised various life skill workshops and seminars aimed at college and high school students on topics ranging from personality development to career opportunities. Activity-based interactive sessions combined with my focus on the subjective individual learning needs provides the audience with a deeply enriching and profound experience.
