My core expertise lies in managing teams processing high-value transactions in UK mortgage underwriting, where I ensure compliance, quality, and accuracy while maintaining excellent stakeholder and client relationships. I also have a strong background in customer acquisition/retention, disputes/chargebacks, and WFM/MIS.
