I am working as a Community Mobilization Executive for TATA STEEL under the umbrella of VINDHYESHWARI PROJECT INFRA Pvt Ltd. from Feb 2024. Before that i use to work for TATA STEEL under Anshika Enterprise as a CME. As a CME I’m fully engaged with the TATA plan of R&R where coordinate with people on ground and mobilise them to relocate in different place accordance with the terms and policies of the TATA Steel R&R action plan. I also provide them with the idea of livelihood and other government programs for their development. I also ensure the minimum social disturbance for the safe and smooth transition of the Rehabilitation and Resettlement process. I also liaise with local authorities and community leaders, maintain a database of every household relocated and mobilize the community through various PRA Approaches. I also manage the safety and capacity building of the ground staff and supervisiors.
