About Deep Tripathi

I am a passionate, hardworking and trustworthy individual who is time conscious and always strive to exceed targets. I graduated (B.Tech.) from REC (KNIT Sultanpur), Ambedkar Nagar, India, in Civil Engineering specialisation in the year 2014 with honours. I have qualified GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) examination conducted by IISc, Bangalore and In the year 2016, have joined MNNIT Allahabad, Prayagraj, India as a Junior Research Fellow, for the integrated Ph. D. programme. I worked on Self Compacting Concrete at the Structural Engineering Laboratory, MNNIT Allahabad during the year 2016-2021 which mainly focused on durability and micro-structural analysis in aggressive environments. Besides that I had studied the reactivity behaviour of different supplementary cementitious materials (SCMs) in different types of concretes in different aggressive environments. I defended my Ph.D. dissertation on December 23, 2021, and the final degree was awarded on 18th January 2022. Worked as a Research Scientist (PDF) in the Department of Civil and Building Engineering "Cement and Concrete Research Group"@ SAQ Industrial Chair at the University of Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada, from 2022 to 2024. Where, dealt with different projects aiming to evaluate new pozzolanic material from industrial by-products or wastes to utilize in concrete production and field application in aggressive environments. Currently, working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at Alard University, Pune, India. I am interested in different aspects of sustainable development technologies using concrete technology.
