I bring 18+ years of international experience in Inclusion & Belonging and Organizational Development, helping organizations including Fortune 500s and Great Place to Work awardees create cultures where people thrive. My approach blends policy, culture, and capability-building to drive meaningful, measurable change. As the author of 'The Hangover of Choices,' a work of fiction that explores themes like body image, mental health, female sexuality, and self-agency. I use storytelling as a tool to surface uncomfortable yet essential conversations. Over the years, I’ve designed and led award-winning workplace interventions, such as the Transition Guidelines: Returning Mothers Project, and developed digital solutions to tackle bias, build inclusive leadership, and strengthen allyship. As a trained counsellor and facilitator, I also support organizations in reducing stigma around mental health. What drives me: curiosity, imagination, and a commitment to creating space for people to feel seen, heard, and valued. I thrive in work that challenges mindsets and creates lasting impact.
