I have 4.7+years of experience in End user computing and Modern Device management at TCS. During this time, I’ve helped end users solve technical issues, gained strong troubleshooting skills, and learned the importance of being patient and detail-oriented. Discovering Windows Autopilot was a turning point for me. Seeing devices set themselves up automatically with cloud-based technology sparked my interest in automation, cloud management, and the future of IT. Since then, I’ve been focused on learning and working with: Microsoft Intune and Autopilot PowerShell scripting (learning hands-on) Microsoft 365 tools like Exchange, Teams, and Azure AD. It sparked my transition into an Intune-focused role, where I had the opportunity to work hands-on with modern device deployment, policy management, and cloud-first strategies. Since then, I’ve been deeply involved in streamlining device provisioning, troubleshooting deployment issues, and enhancing the end-user experience through Microsoft Intune." Led the deployment and testing of Autopilot across multiple business units for seamless Windows 10/11 provisioning. Created and assigned deployment profiles using dynamic device groups in Azure AD. Resolved ESP (Enrollment Status Page) and device enrollment issues using PowerShell scripts and log analysis. Created and deployed Feature Update policies and Update Rings in Intune to schedule staggered deployments across different device groups. Resolved upgrade issues related to Storage, drivers and enrollment using PowerShell and registry analysis. PowerShell script to identify and report stale devices in Azure AD and Intune, based on last sign-in and activity timestamps. Automated stale device reporting to improve compliance posture and support device cleanup actions. I’m now looking for the roles focused on modern device management, M365 administration, and cloud-first IT operations. I’m building on my desktop support experience and gaining skills in automation.
