About 30 years of experience in providing exemplary customer services in the IT industry with specialization in Citrix products. As a self-confident self-motivator I have single handedly provided customer support to international clients during their night hours successfully for multiple years earning accolades from team members. Being flexible with my working hours and ensuring my availability across timezones along with being an excellent team member has earned me respect and recognition of my skill sets. Team work and good technical know-how has been the corner stone of completing various projects successfully across multiple years and organizations. A firm believer of the Customer First principle has facilitated success in working with tough users/customers successfully. With 20 years of relevant experience in Citrix Products in the healthcare domain, I am certified in Citrix CVAD (Cloud). I am an experienced L3 Citrix resource who is open for Operations/Service Delivery/Project work and training/mentoring. In the course of my long career, I have experience with integrating Citrix with various tools providing automation, monitoring, software deployment, virtualization. Currently I am successfully working on a highly available and redundant Citrix environment with Citrix licenses across 19 Citrix farms - with responsibility of maintaining core servers and license server in 2 farms. Additionally, I am the SPOC for 3 application teams and solely responsible for maintaining the health of servers hosting these applications. I have working knowledge of various technology components like powershell, vmWare vsphere, group policy etc.
