As a Senior Process Executive at Paragon Digital Services, I was responsible for managing social media marketing campaigns for various clients, ensuring high quality and timely delivery. I leveraged my customer service skills to communicate effectively with the clients and the internal teams, and to resolve any issues or queries. I also contributed to the improvement of the processes and the best practices of the organization, as well as the training and mentoring of the new hires. Prior to Paragon, I worked as a Customer Relationship Manager at Freshworks, Quess IT Staffing, and a Client Service Analyst at Theorem, where I gained valuable experience in customer care, customer support, and client service. I graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mysore in 2016, and I have a passion for business and commerce. I am a team player, a problem solver, and a lifelong learner, and I aspire to grow and excel in the field of Digital marketing.
