I believe the true keys to excellence success and enduring happiness lie within the realm of self-mastery. With self-mastery leaders and their teams can harness their inner energy chart the course to success and figure out a method to sustain it. I had extensive experience with Aditya Birla Group in talent acquisition development and deploying organizational development (OD) frameworks to improve leadership quality for managing business challenges and achieving growth. In 2013 I took a break and immersed myself in a profound voyage for the next 6 years to find my life purpose and that opened doors for learning and deploying various frameworks for individual and team transformation. I learned and practiced visual arts theater gestalt spirituality eurythmy mandala for self-awareness Tarot Reiki healing mindfulness and positive psychology. I got certified in Psychology Life and leadership Coaching Expressive Arts Therapy and Biography and became an ICF-certified PCC Coach. As a self-researcher my journey has been one of self-discovery starting with the quintessential questions – who I am and why do I do what I do? While I traveled to get answers I was also gifted with ways to help others find their answers. Armed with the extraordinary gift of guiding self-mastery I pioneered arts-based facilitation that enabled hundreds of leaders to discover the crucial connection between their inner world and their outer success. It was possible because I could place the self-mastery insights right in their corporate world by leveraging my decade-plus corporate experience in HR leadership roles. Every single transformation framework I use today was applied once to myself. I choose to help leaders to achieve self-mastery as they impact numerous individuals and that takes me closer to my life purpose of elevating human consciousness.
