I am a Scientist with over 10 years of experience in the biotech industry. I have developed and launched 30+ protease assay kits, peptides and protein conjugates. My expertise includes conjugation of primary and secondary antibodies with fluorescent dyes, fluorescent proteins,biotin, HRP and Europium. I am skilled in protein expression, purification and characterization.My experience spans mammalian cell culture and cell based assays. Scientific skills and Techniques - Conduct enzyme specific activity test, kinetic studies and inhibitor test (IC50) using Graph pad prism software- Proven skills for expression and purification of proteins in E. Coli and subsequent QC tests involving endotoxin test, Fibrillation test, enzyme activity test- Performed Immunofluorescence staining and imaging of mammalian cells- Conduct Quality Control/Assurance test of enzyme based Assay Kits and ELISA plates- Participated in Cell culture-maintain cell lines like 3T3 cells, Jurkat cell, HeLa cells, CPA47- Performed tests using ELISA, SDS-PAGE, Western Blot, and IHC and hands-on experience in HPLC, TLC, and fluorescence microscopy.
