About Deepa Mukerjee

I am a People Person through and through. We spend about a third of our lives ‘on-the-job’. My role is all about adding value to that third of life for all the people who have chosen to invest their skills and efforts to be here. I believe everyone deserves to be given a fair chance, to be treated with kindness, and get the best possible experience be it the onboarding process or the exit process. My role at thinkbridge is to help build a work culture that is open, collaborative, motivating, and encourages growth in each team member working here. From crafting leadership training programs to encouraging team members to think about how they want to shape their careers. I am responsible for ensuring the talent here is thriving and happy. Great customer services can make all the difference creating brand value and loyalty. I believe our role in Talent Operation is the same. Our customers are our employees. We help them grow; they help us grow. Simple. Having policies like flexible leave, flexible work hours, and a very hands-on leadership team helps as well!
