Industry Experience across Business Development, Sales and Marketing, and Human Resources. A short stint in the Field of Education. In my current role, I handle end-to-end from strategy to Implementation of the new Project called Project ViThai - Early Intervention to help children with disabilities among marginalized communities with the help of Pediatric Therapy on wheels (PTOW) vehicle. Early years at Tata Motors - an Indian Automobile major - as a Dealer Account Manager. My role was to develop channels, and design and plan Marketing and Sales strategy to achieve the required targets. Also, train and support the channel team members towards the same goal. At Genpact role was to manage the operations of Launchpad ( direct hiring office ) at Kochi by developing direct and indirect sourcing channels in Kerala, Tamilnadu, and North Karnataka. Closely associated with I T Mission Kerala and different Education Institutions across Kerala in their employability skill development programs. Pioneered steps to establish the brand in these three states. Took a break from corporate career due to personal reasons. Continued to be a teacher for 2 years and then took a complete break for a period of 7 years. Upskilled to get back to corporate. Did my MBA course with the School of management studies, cusat, and then finished a certification program in HR Analytics with IIM Rohtak and a Digital Marketing program with Great lakes. Parallelly worked from Dec 2019 to May 2021 as an Independent Consultant in a start-up and a Media App company. Now in the new role as an Advisor with Varshini Illam Trust, which is an NGO based out of Chennai. The trust handles the adoption of abandoned babies. In my role, I handle Project ViThai their new project whose primary goal is to minimize the impact of disabilities among children aged (0-6 years) through Early screening and Intervention. I handle end-to-end of the Project from strategy to implementation. Highly result-oriented with proven skills in Leadership, Communication, and Teamwork.
