About Deepa Pavad

Over 15 years of experience in project and program management across embedded systems, IoT solutions, automation, and digital transformation for Off-Highway, Automotive, and Aerospace industries. I am responsible for the delivery of digital solutions, with a strong focus on IoT and Industry 4.0 facilitating both hardware and software teams. I act as a liaison between business units and globally distributed development teams My role includes business proposal development, planning, estimation, budgeting, and scoping, as well as gathering requirements, analyzing problem statements, and translating them into effective project solutions, identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and ensure seamless end-to-end project management. Currently, I manage multiple projects simultaneously while also building Agile teams—driving recruitment strategies, outsourcing approaches, vendor and contract management, and cost and efficiency optimization with focus on coaching Agile methodologies, automation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsible for performance and development of teams, fostering growth and collaboration, develop proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives within the department and pitch them as potential business cases, represent the department in various forums to drive innovation and strategic alignment
