About Deepa Prabhakaran

With over 20 years of experience in human resources, I am a senior principal at Infosys, leading performance management, HR compliance, manager enablement, engagement sensing, and subsidiary process integrations for the organization. My mission is to align HR practices with business strategy and create a positive and productive work environment for all employees. As an organization development practitioner, I have successfully led and managed the manager development and enablement charter, as well as the talent management and HR operations for a large business horizontal. I have also completed an executive education program in leadership development from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, enhancing my skills in people analytics, business acumen, and strategic thinking. I am passionate about learning, collaborating, and delivering results that make a difference.
