As a healthcare executive, I have meaningfully transformed the patient and provider experience by partnering with business and technology teams to develop and implement clinical care strategies. By integrating innovative care delivery and operational excellence, I have led comprehensive clinical designs and strategies that align with organizational goals to scale care delivery, improve patient outcomes, and enable providers to deliver high-quality care. As a board-certified emergency physician with over a decade of clinical practice experience, I have successfully collaborated with cross-functional teams to pilot and scale digital health initiatives across academic medical centers, community hospitals, outpatient clinics, and virtual care platforms. By building a high-trust culture and fostering a spirit of continuous improvement within teams, I have enabled provider groups, technology teams, and business strategy teams to increase access to care, improve patient engagement, and enhance care delivery outcomes. In my previous role as Vice President of Clinical Practice at Ro, a nationwide telemedicine and digital health company, I led over 100 healthcare providers while collaborating with business and technology teams to drive clinical innovation for increasingly complex conditions on Ro’s proprietary platform. Through effective clinical collaboration with operational and technology teams, I optimized workflows for providers and managed care delivery costs while expanding services into key markets such as metabolic health, diagnostics, and women’s health. I provide advisory services to healthcare companies at all stages and guide leaders on practice optimization, provider enablement, and clinical care delivery strategy and design. With a data-driven, entrepreneurial approach to decision-making, I continually stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure that clinical initiatives deliver both patient-centered results and financial sustainability. I have a doctor of medicine (MD) from the University of California, San Francisco, and an executive MBA from Columbia Business School, which have prepared me to provide actionable insights to healthcare boards and organizations navigating the evolving healthcare landscape.
