I hold a postgraduate degree in Biotechnology and Bioinformatics, and my educational journey has encompassed diverse areas of expertise. This breadth of experience has granted me a comprehensive understanding, spanning the nuances of life sciences to the intricacies of programming. Alongside my academic pursuits, I consistently engaged in extracurricular activities, such as serving as the chief editor of the Institute's newsletter and hosting and emceeing various events. These contributions led to my recognition as the recipient of the esteemed Medal of Excellence for achieving excellence in all facets of my performance. As the Science Secretary during my undergraduate years, I refined my leadership and delegation skills, excelling in both academic and extracurricular activities. I thrive in dynamic environments and take pleasure in uniting people to attain common objectives. My professional life is a testament to my adaptability and creativity. As a software developer, I go beyond writing code. I excel in penning down user requirements, delivering product demonstrations, and leveraging my life sciences domain expertise to add value. One of my proudest achievements was the ideation, development, and release of the Next-Generation sequencing (NGS) add-on for Thermo Scientific™ SampleManager LIMS™, enabling SampleManager's expansion into the NGS market. Outside of my regular responsibilities, I've showcased my creativity and presentation skills through participation in various hackathons. Some of my accomplishments include: • Winner of the Plotly Autumn App-Building Challenge 2022 • Runner-up in the Plotly Summer App-Building Challenge 2022 • Special Mention in Thermo Fisher's annual hackathon, titled:"LIMS, Imagery, and Cryptocurrency."
