I am a highly skilled and confident professional with a background in training and teaching at secondary level with strong communication skills. I offer a high level of dedication and commitment in everything I do and take part in. After more than 13 years of teaching, I have gained a wealth of experience in establishing trusting bonds with different types of stakeholders. Coordinating each student's development with numerous classes in various educational settings as they get ready for GCSE or A-Level examinations. Strong personalisation is necessary when presenting to audiences of various abilities, including high achievers and those with educational needs. Pastoral obligations go hand in hand with educational ones and include addressing delicate mental health issues and removing obstacles for vulnerable students so they can receive the best education possible I pride myself on being self reliant, confident and self motivated with a flexible and positive approach to a busy work load. By being able to adjust my teaching responsibilities and professionalism to suit different skill levels it has provided me with the aptitude to build and maintain effective relationships with staff at all levels.
