As Executive Director of Candidate and Credential Services, I oversee the National Registry of Physicians, source verification services, and pan-Canadian collaborations that support medical regulatory authorities, governments, candidates, and physicians. These efforts aim to reduce the complexity in licensure pathways, enable physician mobility, and equip decision-makers with meaningful, real-time data. My work bridges public service, digital transformation, and regulatory innovation. With a career rooted in building systems that serve people, I’ve led high-trust, cross-jurisdictional programs across healthcare, technology, science, and financial services. From implementing enterprise solutions to stewarding national policy shifts, I specialize in translating complex strategies into operational results, with a focus on equity, clarity, and impact.
