Starting my journey at Verzeo as a Business Development Associate, I achieved 3x the sales growth target and was recognized as Employee of the Month. I was then promoted to Senior Manager, where I led a team of 30-35 members, consistently delivering 3x revenue growth and building a top-performing team. Later, I advanced to Assistant General Manager, overseeing a team of 65 employees, where I once again exceeded sales targets with 3x growth. I handled customer queries, delivered solutions, and successfully negotiated deals with TPOs of various colleges to drive revenue.
