Deepak Ahuja is an Enterprise Architect with 12+ years of experience in IT industry, currently involved in programs related to Enterprise Architecture, IT Strategy and Roadmap, IT Governance and Change Management, Application Portfolio Rationalization (APR), Enterprise Application Integration. He has worked in mutiple complex transformation projects which included 20+ legacy systems and performed a key role in getting them delivered. Transformation project included D2C, Retail and B2B landscape for wireless and Fixedline businesses. He has performed various roles in his career including Software developer, Technical Lead, Technical Architect and Technologist with tools and technologies including Java/J2EE, Android, Python, Weblogic, JMS, ELK, Spring, JPA, Oracle, NoSQL, Drools, Kafka, pytorch and few others and has handled delivery of multiple complex projects. Currently Working as an Enterprise architect for Deutsche Telekom with following responsibilities - Responsible for the definition, design and interpretation of technical architecture artifacts taken from user requirements specifications or in direct discussions with the business, to create a solutions architecture to meet business requirements. Define the target architectures, and to ensure the most effective use of technology and digital services whilst delivering the required business outcomes. Act as design authority and provide an assurance role, ensuring that all architecture activities and deliverable (in-house and external outsourced) are produced to a high quality and are consistent with existing standards, policies and strategies Creating methods for compliance architecture, such as data storage, metadata management, and change control. Develop technology strategies and roadmaps. Evaluating systems engineering and to provide solutions to optimize IT Operations and reduce costs for the same.
