Ltd, an automation solutions company that services prominent brands such as FORD, FIAT, FERRARI, RENAULT NISSAN, BOBST and more. I began my employment with Wipro PARI in January 2022 and have since been leading the CMM (fix bed & portable) and paint activities with my colleagues. My role includes programming and handling Fix bed (Zeiss, Accurate) & Portable (Farro, Romer) CMM, planning and executing shift management for daily inspection of machining and surface treatment parts (Powder coating, Paints), assisting the Manager in establishing and implementing quality control procedures, inward and outward inspections with the machining team, maintaining records of rework and rejection of each project and job on ERP, handling customer/third-party inspections, document preparation and maintaining, and reports preparation and submission to the customer. Apart from handling the day-to-day activities, I am also part of the team that is integrating AI and ML in the quality control process. With our aim to constantly improve the quality management system, I am responsible for ensuring that the quality standards are met, and customer satisfaction is achieved. My experience in maintaining records and documentation has aided me in fulfilling these requirements, and I maintain a meticulous record of the activities in the project. With my attention to detail and dedication, I have been able to streamline the inspection process and ensure that the team is consistently delivering quality work to the clients. My experience in the field of quality control, coupled with my skills in programming, has enabled me to contribute to the company's growth by implementing efficient and accurate inspection procedures. As I continue my journey at Wipro PARI, I am excited to be part of a team that prioritizes quality and customer satisfaction.
