Qualified Chartered Accountant from CA ANZ and “The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)” qualified in November, 2011 Total experience of approx. 14 years into Finance, Accounting, reporting and external audit. Thorough Knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards, Indian GAAPs, Corporate and taxation laws, US GAAP, IFRS and International Accounting Standards (IAS) and Australia Corporation Act, 2001. Experience of handling team of 5-8 individuals inclusive of qualified Chartered Accountants and Graduates from renowned Universities where I was guiding, coaching, mentoring the staff, explaining the audit procedures required to be performed, reviewing the work performed by them and providing the regular feedback on timely basis. Assessing the performance of the staff and accordingly helping them in their performance goals settings and objectives and ensuring the successful achievement. Leading the audit assignments right from the scratch and reporting, which involves attending the stakeholder’s meeting, Audit committee meetings, and regular discussions with the client during the audit. Discussions on adjusted and unadjusted differences with the audit committee, regular meetings with client, meeting the sharp deadlines.
