About Deepak Arora

Deepak brings more than thirty years of experience in business leadership and delivering application management services to clients globally. He has played a wide variety of roles for IBM and PwC, owning delivery of contractual commitments and managing complex global technology enabled business transformation programmes. Previously, Deepak ran IBM’s CPG and T&T custom AMS practice in Global Delivery as practice area leader(PAL),India and in this capacity delivered excellent outcomes in terms of delivery excellence of projects in his practice area to clients in US, Europe, Australia and India over a period of 4 years. As a Delivery Leader, Deepak has worked in IBM's distribution sector and has led many large AMS and complex accounts from near start-up to steady state with high client satisfaction and delivery quality, setting up ITIL processes and maturing the same over time keeping in view client's requirements and priorities. Deepak has served a wide diversity of clients around the globe in the consumer products, oil & gas, energy utilities and shipping industries, while maintaining relationship at senior level of client organizations and being part of the steering committee and governance meetings at strategic, tactical and operational level. Internally, Deepak has played a significant role in developing IBM’s Global Delivery capabilities over the past decade. While discharging the Delivery Project Executive/Account Executive Role (DPE/AE) and PAL role in the Global Delivery, India. He has helped in building Industry knowledge and best delivery insight along with client intimacy while optimizing cost, ensuing high quality and agile offshore based delivery capability. Deepak has won many awards in his long career with IBM and PwC which includes Outstanding achievement award, Client IT champion award, Bravo awards, Service Excellence awards,"We Deliver" awards for continuous service improvement, Eminence & Excellence and Manager choice awards etc.
