I graduated with my bachelors in electrical engineering from India and my masters in Information Technology and Management from UT Dallas in the US. During my masters I pursed an internship as a Reporting Analyst at Mercedes Benz Financial Services in Fort Worth, Texas. Post my graduation, I started working for Deloitte as a technology Analyst in 2018. Over these past years I have grown to become a Senior Consultant at Deloitte. During my time here I have been supporting the implementation and maintenance of a Medicaid Integrated Eligibility project for a state government client. I have listed a couple key activities that I have worked on during my time here: • Leading development/implementation of a complex revenue generation solution based on client policies • Coordinating project schedule, task details, tracking charts, checklists, and client/leadership communication • Help prepare/coordinate project plan/activities from planning to implementation for periodic client release, work with client and QA vendor agencies to track project progress and deliverables • Mentoring junior analysts/developers on team by providing shoulder to shoulder support, delegating and following-up on activities and helping them be successful in their roles • As a Functional/Implementation Lead, revamped a legacy self-service portal used by 1.6M users with a cloud based robust/modernized solution with enhanced user experience • Led a team to deliver automations that helped burndown client workload from 40k units to 1.5k over 3 months; reduced processing time from 4-5 days to less than 60 seconds • Led an event with firm leaders/SMEs to discuss innovative solutions for client problems of which 30% of the ideas/solutions discussed were implemented • Acted as a Recruitment Lead for the project to hire eligible candidates by collaborating with local universities • Supported all phases of SDLC for a self-service portal (SSP) for a large-scale public-sector worth $130M+ • Established and executed vendor onboarding of 1200+ partners across 650 organizations to access the SSP • Mentored and guided interns, provided support to understand the project and to be able to contribute
