With extensive professional credentials that include a a NISM Merchant Banking certification, Forensic Audit and Fraud Detection certification from ICAI, and a Diploma in Information System Audit from ICAI, I possess a strong foundation in financial analysis and reporting. With more than five years of experience in the finance industry, I have a proven track record of success in managing complex projects, overseeing due diligence processes, and developing comprehensive financial models to support investment decisions. As a Partner at ISK & Associates (CA Firm) and an Associate at ISK Advisors Private Limited (SEBI Registered Merchant Banker), I have handled various projects related to SME IPOs, Takeover of Main Board Company, Techno Economic Viability Reports, Statutory and Tax Audits, and GST Returns.
