Deepak is a certified IAAP-CPACC professional as well as a professional member of IAAP community and aspires to contribute to ideas and solutions that facilitates a dignified and independent living & working for fellow global citizens with or without disabilities. He himself has a profound level of hearing loss that was developed progressively since the age of 7 years. He is currently working on digital and accessibility ideas through which he hopes to make a difference to the community of Deaf / Hard of Hearing individuals. He writes LinkedIn blogs and has participated in inclusion / sensitization sessions sharing his own experience. Earlier Deepak had 15 ½ years of experience in consulting developing and implementing business & technology solutions for clients in transaction banking and capital markets. He has led teams of 14+ Business Analysts and his experience spans across the globe in various roles including Business Analysis Project Lead & Coordinator at onsite as well as part of Leadership Team that was responsible for leading business units & operations as well as handling business transformations that involved FTE recruitment as well as partner resource managements people leadership academic / domain ramp-up project delivery presales operational metrics management presales escalation management adoption of new accelerated delivery centers (factory models) and gradual shift to as a Service models. Deepak has always been passionate about business & technology innovation and likes to collaborate with like-minded people from various walks of life & experiences. He has consistently been a winner or a finalist in Hackathon / Ideation events at his previous employer Finastra and was also chosen to participate in the Global Hackathon events in London. He likes to keep track of new changes in the market and cross-pollinate the ideas that would be useful for business as well as for the society.
