A perceptive professional with over 12 years’ experience in rural development, training, evaluation, Livelihood Planning, micro finance, Natural Resource Management and Mobilization of farmer group and FPO. I am belongs form rural area of Bastar region of Chhattisgarh. closely connected with tribal community and farmers. I was part in deferent reupdated government and other organization in national and state level like TPIPRD, TISS, WASSAN, PRIA and Agricon. Being lead and part of program implementation team of deferent development programs like IWMP, WDF-NABARD, FPO, PMRDF etc. KEY EXPERT AREAS • Spearheading training, learning and development process for the employees. • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes by developing pre/post assessment tools. • Conducting performance reviews of members and providing feedback on areas of improvements. • Providing leadership to the projects: Capacity Building (CB), M&E and Planning projects of IWMP (Integrated Watershed Management Program) in Chhattisgarh, Supporting in Madhya Pradesh, and Jammu & Kashmir states. • Promotion and Mobilization of Farmer Producer Organization, Women SHG and Cooperative society. • Implementation of Livelihood and NRM programs. NOTABLE ACHIEVEMENTS • Instrumental in initiating First –Credit Cooperative in Kanker District. • Supported, taken and organized around 90 trainings on various topic of livelihood, Community Mobilization and Natural Resource Management. • Developed 10 training module in various topic of Livelihood Planning and Natural Resource Management. • Presented research paper (Financial Inclusion in Rural Area) on a international conference IGIDR, Mumbai. • Support to the Pradhan Mantri Rural Development Fellow (PMRDF) program by MoRD and TISS, Mumbai. • Conduct and facilitated district level training program on NRM for district and block officials of MGNREGA. • Implementation of 3 program of WDF (Watershed Development Fund) by NBARD in Bilaspur and Bastar District of Chhattisgarh. • Implementation of TDF-Wadi program by NABARD in Bastar, Chhattisgarh. • Implementation of FPO (Farmer Producer Organization) by NABARD in Bastar. • Implementation of SHPI (Women Self Help Group Institution) by NABARD • Lead the CFT program in 4 districts (Bastar, Gariyabandh, Dhamtari and Balrampur) of Chhattisgarh by MoRD and MGNREGA. • Lead the COVID-19 response program by ICRG-UNDP • Lead Community Mental Health Program by PHF & BAPU Trust Pune in Bilaspur and Bastar district of Chhattisgarh.
