I am an IT Monitoring professional at Cadence Design Systems, a leading provider of software, hardware, and services for electronic design automation. I have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Gsmcoe, a reputed engineering college in Pune. In my current role, I provide L1 technical support and monitor the day-to-day operations of the Network Operation Centre. I raise tickets, perform the first-level troubleshooting, and coordinate and assist in service maintenance activities for various types of infrastructure issues, mostly related to network, storage, and servers. I have extensive knowledge and experience in end-to-end core network infrastructure monitoring and management, using tools such as HP NNMI, OMI, and CISCO devices. I have successfully resolved basic and common issues on the first call, and escalated urgent issues to L2 and L3 teams or third-party vendors for expedited resolution. I have also worked on hardware and interface related issues on switches and routers, and ensured optimal device health and performance. I am passionate about problem-solving, networking, and presentations, and I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and I strive to deliver high-quality service and customer satisfaction. My goal is to advance my career in IT monitoring and network infrastructure, and to contribute to the innovation and growth of Cadence Design Systems.
