As a Quantity Surveyor at Alef Group, I apply my 10 years of experience and knowledge in MEP estimation, pre and post contracts, quantity surveying, and cost control to deliver high-quality projects in the construction industry. I have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a diploma in Electrical CADD, which enable me to perform design and calculation of various electrical systems and equipment. I have successfully handled multiple projects from enquiry to execution, involving planning, budgeting, forecasting, valuation, variation, and claim management. I have also coordinated and liaised with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and consultants to ensure smooth and timely project completion. I am proficient in using Plan Swift Professional, Auto Cad, and PLC Automation tools to enhance my efficiency and accuracy. I am passionate about learning new skills and technologies to improve my performance and contribute to the growth of Alef Group.
