Deepak Goyal has more than 24-years of experience in Oil and Gas engineering activities in diversified on-shore/off-shore Projects.Deepak Goyal executed Conceptual Studies, Front-End Engineering Designs (FEED), Detailed Engineering Designs (EPC or Reimbursable basis) during his carrier. He was also involved in pre-commissioning/commissioning as well as Performance test runs. The Big offshore FEED project, comprising of Lower Zakum Long Term FEED and Hail and Ghasha Project (Ultra sour project), has been spearheaded by Deepak Goyal. Deepak Goyal’s specific background includes: • Management and coordination of the Process Engineering activities until the completion within schedule and budget. • CTRs preparation and monitoring. • Coordination of interfaces among Engineering Disciplines and with Procurement, Vendors, Licensors, and Partners. • Conceptualization of process schemes, Design basis, Design philosophy. Steady-state simulations, Pipeline Simulation, Process Flow Diagram / Heat & Material Balance • Basic & Detail engineering activities like 2/3 Phase separator sizing, Thermal rating of the heat exchanger, Design & Development of P & ID, Line list, Line / Equipment sizing, Flare Design, Hydraulic Calculation, etc. • Review and evaluate vendor quotation/documents, coordination and technical discussion with the vendor, preparation of technical inquiry. • Review and preparation of technical Bid/Proposal and discussion with the client. • Commissioning experience of Oil and Gas Processing Facilities and Oil refinery units like Sulfur recovery unit, Hydrogen, Hydrotreater, etc. • Participation as a process lead in reviews like AMHAZ, HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, 3D model review, Project risk assessment workshops, Value engineering workshop, Prepare the project closeout report, and lesson learned. • Aware of industry codes & standards API, Shell DEP, Saudi Aramco, BP GP • Contributed to various departmental development activities like Preparation of Company Guidelines, Presentations for Training & Development of Engineers. • Having significant experience as a Lead process engineer/ Area Lead.
