Currently, I am the Retail Manager at Costa Cruise Lines where I share the vision and values of the iconic brand to a discerning clientele. In my current role, I am responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring store profitability, maintaining inventory and merchandising standards and enhancing customer experience. I use my communication, negotiation and relationships- building skills to establish rapport with guest onboard, identify their needs and preferences and offer personalized solutions. I also leverage my certifications in consumer behaviour, fine jewelry and sales performance measurement and reporting to analyze sales data, monitor customer feedback and implement effective strategies to improve sales and service quality.
