I have 20 years of leadership experience in finance management, business strategy, operations, M&A and general administration. As an expert in corporate expansion and change management, I have developed and implemented strategic business plans and policies to effectively transition several high growth businesses from start-up to midsize organisations. My work experience includes scaling up one of the world’s most valuable e-commerce organisations and Uber’s biggest rival in India - Ola, as the company’s first CFO and the most experienced member of the team. As a founding team member of India’s third-largest online travel agency, Cleartrip, I built scalable financial operations and managed the finance and compliance of all its entities worldwide. Additionally, I have led finance and general administration teams of Asia’s largest sports based public service organisation - Magic Bus from its founding stage, later helping the organisation scale up its operations internationally.
