Provide strategic guidance and support to the GCC team, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounts and engagements, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to quality standards. Develop and implement operational processes and policies that optimize the delivery of services and enhance client satisfaction. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze performance metrics, and implement corrective actions as necessary to drive operational excellence. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement. Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders across Company, including leadership, partners, and other directors, to align strategies, initiatives, and priorities.
