I am an AI Product Manager with over 14 years of experience in driving AI and digital transformation and implementing SAFe agile in large organizations. I help organizations to create AI product vision, strategy and roadmap to launch products and manage profitable product portfolios. I have a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya. I have done an Executive Program in Management with specialization in Marketing and HR from Indian Institute of Technology(IIT), Bombay(equivalent to MBA). I am a Certified SAFe 6 Product Owner/Product Manager(POPM) as well as Certified Scrum Product Owner(CSPO). I also have experience and hold certifications in prompt engineering, user experience design, Google analytics and design thinking. I am a certified American Health Insurance Plan(AHIP) and LOMA- Associate Life Management Institute(ALMI). I have experience working with Amazon Bedrock, Agentic AI, Claude 4 and GPT 4 and Gemini LLM models. Currently, I am working as AI Product Manager at Sonata Software leading Agentic AI products, AEO, platforms and strategies. Prior to this, I worked at ArisGlobal, where I led the AI platform NavaX vision, strategy and roadmap for Gen AI products. I engage with customer CXOs and business unit heads, demonstrating the impact of Agentic Al applications in their businesses and it can help solving problems I partner with internal and external stakeholders as a business liaison and to define features that solves user problems. I facilitate crucial product decisions with critical thinking and data-driven insights. I also mentor and coach my team to build a product mindset and foster a culture of continuous discovery and improvement. I help in building team and talent pool by interviewing candidates for AI product management roles. I leverage my expertise in analytics, Gen AI, Agentic AI, RAG, SAFe agile, PI planning, user experience research and design, customer engagement to drive AI and digital transformation and innovation. I enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and solving complex problems that create significant business impact and value for customers. I am also motivated by designing business solutions that meet customer needs and enhance user experience.
