As a Consultant at Pliancy, I empower small business owners by offering options that other processors won't. I am responsible for opening accounts, building relationships, and handling accounts, as well as problem-solving and helping clients set up with the right program for them. I have been in this role for 1.5 years, and I enjoy applying my sales and client service skills to create value for my customers.Before joining Pliancy, I was a Client Service Engineer at Abacus Data Systems, where I installed and updated software, helped QA troubleshoot and report bugs, and sent out professional well-written emails both internally and externally. I also have a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from California State University San Marcos, where I learned how to code in C, C++, SQL, and Javascript. I am a hard worker and a highly motivated learner, with good analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and leadership skills. My goal is to leverage my data-savvy and technical skills to help businesses grow and succeed.
