I have a total experience of more than 20 years experience, of which 13 years have been in the Service Sectors (KPO/BPO) and more than 7 years in the manufacturing sector. Total work experience is around 20+ years. In the past couple of years, I have been in the role of a Co-Founder of a Partnership firm that specialises in on-demand fashion apparels and stitching. I have worked in the Research and Business Development areas for the past 13 years. I have worked on Business Research and Primary Research projects. Additionally I've been working on pro-active Business Development, Lead Generation and providing sales strategies to the management. Have also worked on providing in-depth Business profilings of companies, competitor Analysis and Company Analysis. My previous engagements involved working with the BI team preparing Risk Reports, for the Banking sector. Part of the process involves preparing risk analysis, ratio analysis, company research, comparison with the industry average vis-a-vis company etc. Possess solid experience in the areas of Pre-sales negotiations, RFP, prospecting, proposal drafting, providing a plan and methodology for executing projects, smooth transition of new projects to the delivery team, etc. Specialties: Business Development, Business Research / Primary Research, in the KPO sectors.
