Having overall professional experience of 4.6 years in SAP Basis which includes, • Experience in Installation, integration and configuration of ECC 6.0, CRM ABAP and JAVA 7.3 on Hana, vendavo, hybris, Portal NetWeaver 7.3 EHP 1 in Oracle 11g and UNIX environment. • Experience in end to end project implementation. • Experience in Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management. • Experience in Netweaver version and EHP upgrades. • Good Knowledge in various administering activities for both ABAP and JAVA stack systems and also Database administration activities. • Excellent knowledge in kernel patching and support pack upgrades for both ABAP and JAVA stack. • Experience in installation and configuration of content server and TREX integration with ECC 6.0 and CRM. • Experience is systems refresh for both ABAP and JAVA systems. • Providing production support for major Clients in shared services environment and solving day-to-day Production issues and defects with client facing skills. • Experience with SAP troubleshooting and basic performance tuning • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, adaptive and self-learner. • Excellent working knowledge in Solution Manager 7.1 administration. • Experience in coordinating from offshore and participating in critical cutover support activities. • Experience in regular support and been an offshore SPOC for clients in a shared services environment
